Bob Galen is an agile methodologist, practitioner, and coach who helps to guide companies and teams in their pragmatic adoption and organizational shift toward Scrum and other agile practices. Bob has held director, manager and contributor level positions in both software development and quality assurance organizations.

He has over 25 years of experience working in a wide variety of domains and regularly speaks at international conferences and professional groups. He is a Certified Scrum Master Practicing (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and an active member of the Agile Alliance & Scrum Alliance. In 2009 he published the book Scrum Product Ownership – Balancing Value from the Inside Out.

Over 15 years’ experience delivering high quality software solutions, with 8 years’ experience managing teams. Cindy is an expert in developing and executing test strategies and process improvement, and specializes in applying risk-management techniques to keep up with rapid implementation while maintaining high quality.

Cindy is a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); and an experienced speaker (QUEST and TesTrek conferences, CQAA training) and published author (CQAA Quality Journal) on topics such as managing distributed teams and improving the quality of a product in a project-focused environment.

Currently serves as Membership Director for the Chicago Quality Assurance Association.

Agile Methods

Anuj is an Agile professional with expertise in setting up an agile environment by providing instructions and trainings to software development teams in the area of lean agile software principles.

He has worked as a Trainer, Coach and Mentor on Agile methodologies, having transformed more than 50 projects to agile & 200+ individuals to an agile mindset. He has extensive experience serving as a Scrum Master & Product Owner in Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban.

His areas of expertise include discovery sessions techniques, release planning, guiding on themes, epics, user-stories formations, backlog grooming, sprint planning, definitions-of-done, poker card estimations – story points & hourly, daily scrums with in-house & multi-location teams, sprint demos, retrospective meetings, emotion seismograph, velocity chart, sprint burn down chart, release burn down, hybridization of scrum. Anuj has also been a facilitator for Agile ceremonies, estimations, hack-a-thons and war-room sessions. He has designed & implemented KPI (Key Performance Indicators) as well across organizations as per the agile mindset.

He has successfully raised the quarterly agility index from 4.5/10 to 8.5+/10 and customer satisfaction index from 2.0/3 to 2.5/3. He is also experienced in contributing to ALM principles and has successfully implemented agile methodologies in Delivery teams, sales, HR, administration and finance departments.

Anuj has prior experience working as an Agile coach at Sourcebits Technologies and as a Domain Consultant at L&T Infotech.

Samir is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile thought leader who has championed the transition of multiple organizations from Waterfall to Agile framework around the world. Based in USA, he has more than 22 years of experience in managing programs, and training, coaching and implementing Agile for both commercial and government organizations.

Mr. Chhibber brings thought leadership in both knowledge of Agile Framework and Agile coaching for the successful implementation for operational efficiency at an organizational and portfolio level. Mr. Chhibber was the first Scrum Master for one of Cisco Systems’ largest programs, Voice Technology Group’s (VTG) Unified Communications Program. This pilot program became the blueprint for future Agile Implementations within VTG.

Steve, an acknowledged leader in Agile adoption, is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and has been providing Agile-focused trainings and coaching to organizations around the world at both enterprise and team levels. With over 30 years of experience in corporate software development as a software developer, architect, project manager, scrum master and in multiple management positions; his career and enterprise experience has spanned Bell Laboratories, AT&T, Lucent, Avaya, and Cisco Systems.

Organizations he has consulted with include: Schwab, Capital One, EMC, Razorfish, Cisco, Hulu, IEEE, Bank of America, Go Go Business, and Ericsson. Steve is also a frequent speaker in Agile conferences around the globe and is widely renowned for his exemplary presentations on Agile adoption and implementation.

Steve has a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Computer Science. His other certifications include: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified ScrumMaster.

Steve lives in the Denver, Colorado area with his wife Donna. He’s an avid traveller and Scuba diver.

He has published the book Managing Projects Well, the audio tape How to Achieve a Total Quality Life seen on CNN, and numerous articles and WEBinars. He has contributed and taught numerous workshops for the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI), has been on their board, and is a current board member of E-dista Learning.

Steve is listed in The Yearbook of Authorities, Experts, and Spokespersons, and is a life member of the International Registry of Who’s Who. He is responsible for top-to-bottom overhauls in Fortune 500s of quality processes, project activities, interpersonal communication methods, requirements gathering techniques, and strategic planning methods. In addition to hundreds of face-to-face programs, Steve has conducted Web Based Seminars (WEBinars) for several years, using advanced interactive techniques including chats, polls, full motion video, and break out rooms. These techniques help the WEBinars to rival the live in-classroom experience.
